Select approved project documents. Ask a question or compare records, then review the supporting source references. Check missing or conflicting information before using a draft answer. This walkthrough illustrates the review process and does not run live model inference.
Prepare a reliable document set
Agree which files are current, authorized and relevant. Assess scanning quality, tables, revision status, duplicate documents and Arabic / English extraction needs. Missing or unreliable source material becomes an explicit implementation issue, rather than something an answer should conceal.
Choose a bounded task
Useful starting points include searching approved project information, comparing a specification with a quotation, identifying addenda changes, or preparing a requirements register. Define the question types, expected evidence and cases where the system should say that the available documents are insufficient.
Keep evidence and access connected
A useful result should let the reviewer find the supporting document and location, inspect context and see unresolved conflicts. Shared deployments require agreed user access and retention rules. Local or private deployment options are assessed against hardware, model capability, integrations and organizational requirements.
Evaluate answers, not just fluent wording
Build a representative test set with expected answers and citations. Measure retrieval coverage, correctness of source references, unsupported statements, handling of unanswerable questions and reviewer effort. A reviewer checks technical or commercial outputs before release.
Questions before you start
Can I try it now?
The main h.ai site includes a synthetic browser demonstration. It is a guided simulation, distinct from the separate internal Windows prototype and from any client deployment.
Will my documents train a public model?
Data use, model choice and deployment boundaries must be agreed before any client information is supplied. The public demonstrations contain synthetic information only.
